Directions on the pack
Two tablets once daily in the morning, with or without food. Do not exceed this amount. A jar of 60 tablets lasts 30 days.
Check with a doctor first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, on regular medication or managing a medical condition.
Other ingredients
Hypromellose, rice bran, carnauba wax, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate and triacetin. These form the tablet and its sustained-release matrix.
The pack also states non-GMO, gluten-free and no artificial colors.
